Shipping Policy for BlueRidge Whispers LLC

Thank you for shopping with BlueRidge Whispers LLC! We are a small-batch, handcrafted business, and every order is packed with care before heading your way. Please read our shipping policy below so you know what to expect once your goodies leave our hands.

Shipping Methods

All packages are currently shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business day.

Orders that include made-to-order or preorder items are crafted and packed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days, in addition to our normal processing time, for these items to be made, prepared, and shipped.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order.

Orders that meet the current free shipping minimum of $80 qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit times. Most orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to USPS, or FedEx transit times, delays, scans, weather issues, and delivery handling are outside of our control.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is offered at checkout to help cover your package in the event something goes wrong during transit or delivery.

Orders with Shipping Protection may be eligible for assistance with issues such as:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked delivered but not received
  • Broken or damaged items
  • Heat-related damage, including melted or softened wax products
  • Other shipping-related issues outside of our control

If Shipping Protection is not purchased at checkout, BlueRidge Whispers LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, broken, melted, heat-damaged, misdelivered, delayed, or otherwise affected after they have been shipped.

By declining Shipping Protection, the customer accepts responsibility for any shipping-related issues that may occur once the package leaves our care.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Candles, wax melts, scoopable wax, and other wax-based products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or after delivery.

During warm weather, we recommend tracking your package closely and bringing it indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Shipping Protection is strongly recommended for orders containing wax products, especially during hot months.

Without Shipping Protection, heat damage is not covered.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order included Shipping Protection and you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos if applicable, and a description of the issue.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we are unable to replace, refund, or reship items affected by loss, theft, damage, breakage, heat damage, or delivery issues once the package has shipped.
