Wholesale Program Details

Our wholesale program is designed to give independent retailers a healthy resale margin while allowing us to maintain the quality and care that go into every handcrafted product.

$350 Opening Order A minimum opening order helps create a complete, well-rounded display for your customers.
$200 Reorder Minimum Returning retailers can restock bestsellers and rotate seasonal fragrances with a smaller minimum.
10–15 Business Days Standard production time begins after payment and all product selections have been finalized.

We review each application for retailer fit, location, production capacity, and possible geographic overlap.

Approved retailers receive current pricing, scent availability, case quantities, and ordering instructions.

New wholesale orders are paid in full before products enter our small-batch production schedule.

Stock Your Shelves

Your finished wholesale order is carefully packed and shipped, or prepared for approved local pickup.

Wholesale Terms

These policies help us maintain fair pricing, dependable production, and strong relationships with our retail partners.

Payment and Production

  • New wholesale orders must be paid in full before production.
  • Lead time begins after payment and final selections are received.
  • Standard production time is approximately 10–15 business days.
  • Large or seasonal orders may require three to four weeks.
  • Approved payment terms may be considered for established accounts.

Shipping

  • Shipping is charged separately from the wholesale order.
  • Shipping charges may be invoiced after the order is packed.
  • Free local pickup is available by appointment near Nickelsville, Virginia.
  • Shipping protection may be required or strongly recommended.
  • Consumer free-shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders.

Pricing and Promotions

  • Retailers are expected to respect suggested retail pricing.
  • Occasional storewide sales and promotions are permitted.
  • Products may not be consistently advertised far below MSRP.
  • Consumer discounts, rewards, and bundle pricing do not apply.
  • Marketplace resale requires prior written authorization.

Returns and Damages

  • Wholesale orders are final sale.
  • Damages or shortages must be reported within five business days.
  • Photographs of the package and damaged items are required.
  • Approved claims may receive replacements or account credit.
  • Unsold products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Retailer exclusivity: Geographic exclusivity is not automatically included. Limited exclusivity may be considered for established retailers who maintain agreed purchasing levels, keep products regularly stocked, and remain in good standing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a physical storefront?
We primarily work with established brick-and-mortar retailers, but online retailers, subscription boxes, lodging properties, corporate gifting services, and other qualifying businesses may also be considered.
Can I order every product on the website?
Wholesale ordering is offered through a curated catalog based on product availability, production capacity, seasonality, and sales performance.
Can I mix fragrances?
Yes. You may mix fragrances throughout the overall order as long as each selected fragrance meets its individual minimum quantity.
Do you provide testers or samples?
Testers, scent samples, or display products may be available depending on the products and total value of the order.
Do you offer private-label products?
Custom and private-label projects may be considered separately. Minimum quantities, design fees, testing requirements, and lead times may differ from our standard wholesale program.
Can I sell the products on Amazon, Etsy, or Walmart?
Third-party marketplace sales require prior written authorization. Approval as a wholesale retailer does not automatically authorize marketplace resale.
