At BlueRidge Whispers, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.


Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges or store credit to make it right. We may request feedback on your experience to help us improve our products and service for all customers.


Store Credit & Exchanges Only

  • Refunds are not offered.

  • Store credit or exchanges are issued on a case-by-case basis, such as if an error was made on our part or the product did not meet your expectations.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • If a return is required, it must be sent back in the original packaging. Once item is returned we will process the store credit. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit issued.


Standard Policy 

  1. Report your issue within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photo evidence of any damage.

  3. Once we receive your photos, we will process a replacement in accordance with our refund policy (all packages are insured, but proof of damage is required to file a carrier claim).
