Preorder Policy

All preorder items from BlueRidge Whispers are made to order. This means your item is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

We work on preorder orders as quickly as possible, but because each item is made in small batches, please allow up to 2 weeks before your preorder ships. Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, supply availability, and production schedule.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your full order may ship together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.

By placing a preorder, you understand that your item is not ready to ship immediately and agree to the estimated preorder processing time.
