Can't smell anything
Hi there, thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear that you are unable to smell the fragrance from our Skull Hanging Car Air Freshener. Please make sure you have removed the plastic stopper and replaced the wooden cap tightly. Then, tilt the air freshener upside down for 2-5 seconds until the cap is moist. This should help activate the fragrance and you should be able to smell it. Let us know if this helps. Thanks!

Very little scent. Not worth the price.

We would like to kindly ask if you have removed the plastic stopper under the wooden cap? After replacing the cap, please tilt the freshener for a few seconds to allow the wooden cap to soak up the scent. We hope this helps to enhance the scent and make it worth the price for you. I placed this in my car and there is no scent. Very disappointed. I do like the skull container but does not do what it is intended to do.

One thing to check is whether the plastic stopper under the wooden cap has been removed. This stopper is there to keep the fragrance fresh during shipping. If it’s still in place, the scent won’t be able to diffuse properly.
If you’ve already removed the stopper, please try replacing the wooden cap securely and then tipping the container to wet the wooden cap for 2-5 seconds. This should help activate the fragrance.
