Hi there, thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry to hear that you are unable to smell the fragrance from our Skull Hanging Car Air Freshener. Please make sure you have removed the plastic stopper and replaced the wooden cap tightly. Then, tilt the air freshener upside down for 2-5 seconds until the cap is moist. This should help activate the fragrance and you should be able to smell it. Let us know if this helps. Thanks!
